British Airways is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom competing in the fairly recent development of European budget airline industry. British Airways is the market leader in the airline operations, however facing a stiff competition over the last few years resulting in erosion in their market share.
The main purpose of this report is to analyze the business of British airways with the strategic plan to implement over the next three years. It also looks at key performance indicators of British Airways with two similar competitor organisations.
