A methodology is an important part of a research investigation (Saunder et al, 2007) needed for primary research that is undertaken to answer the specific task set for this project. The literature review explains the academic theories of investors & investee relationships and it discusses about business angels and entrepreneurs in the SME. The research methodology helps in understanding the research carried out and answers questions how and why the research was carried out proving with valid, accurate and genuine results. A research is undertaken to understand a problem and could adapt secondary and primary research.
