Human resource management is concerned with managing people at work and also directing their actions to maximize both the personal and organizational goals (Gupta, 2007). Each year the employers all round the world loose around $132.1 billions due to injuries of the employees at work and also about 130,000,000 man-hours from the missed work. These injuries may be caused as a result of any unsafe activity or act on part of employee or as a result of unsafe working conditions or defective plant or shop layout, inadequate ventilation, etc. (Mamoria & Gankar, 2002).
