Performance IPOs Investors

Long-run performance of IPOs is one of the long-standing issues that remain debatable in the arena of finance literature. Various theoretical explanations have been brought forward by finance researchers. This paper examines long-run under performance of initial public offerings (IPOs) through cross-sectional analysis of various empirical studies. It tries to establish the underlying main factors behind the long-run underperformance of IPOs. In addition, identify some levels of decision making criteria that can be used by investors to make wise investment and higher returns.
