This report concludes that online marketing should be incorporated into a companies integrated events marketing communications strategy from the planning stage to prevent a dislocated campaign. To further this end the report thus aims to explore prove why companies should opt for online event relationship management to compliment traditional marketing activities for events and that whether the use of Internet could infact add value to the entire process of event relationship management.
