Communities of Practice

(Wenger, 1999) said that communities of practice can be seen everywhere. (Nickols, 2003) communities of practice are groups where people share their knowledge from their past experiences or from aspects of life. Such kind of group's come into existence when people in organizations realized that they could get benefit by sharing their knowledge and experiences with the people around who have similar interest, goals etc.
