The case mainly deals with International Satellite Imagery which is a company situated in America which was building a satellite which would image the world at one meter resolution. This satellite would enable any trained interpreter to identify any civilian or military vehicle i.e. anything in the territory covered could be easily identified.
This case mainly concentrates on the $10 million annual contract that the company was eyeing and the decisions that were taken in the process of developing the satellite. The problems started when a delay in the completion of the project was quite evident after a staff meeting.
