The aim of this report is to analyse TUI, through a PESTEL analysis and to identify the major underlying factors within the subject businesses environment.
The macro-environment describes all factors which influences the whole organisation. These factors are seen as out of the organisation direct control, such as political, social, technological, law, environment and economic factors. The analysis of these factors is often referred to as PESTEL analysis. (Johnson. G, et al,. 2008). Since the tourism industry is very much influenced by changes taking place in the environment and has undergone rapid changes during last few years.
