I am currently doing a study on the impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation on business process reengineering (BPR) and organizational culture in the United Nations. This study will attempt to measure the impact on BPR and organization's culture using an ERP, BPR and cultural values questionnaire, then find the link between ERP and/or BPR implementation projects and organization's culture in the United Nations.
