Pros: Considering the extreme situations that ABC Bank had been undergoing, it had to take the decision of this merger with Singapore Bank. As the major aim of the financial institutions all around the world is maximization of profit, this had to be done. Every intangible benefit that a financial institution makes is due to the financial benefits. When this is running on the leeward side, there has to be some way out or else it could lead to unfavourably results like absenteeism amongst the employees or even dissatisfaction amongst them in the long-run.
