It is widely acknowledged that transformational leadership can make the followers have important and positive changes. Although the systematic study of leadership theory can be traced back to the early 20th century, but only until the 1980s, transformational leadership has led to the breakthrough of theoretical research. Nowadays, transformational leadership has become a leading innovative research paradigm in the field of international management. However, in the relevant aspects, there is little empirical research in its functions of improving the organizational effectiveness.
