Part of the Clifton complex, Block 3 is also one of the most prestigious and sought after residential areas of Karachi, and like the rest of Clifton it continues to be a prime area for growth and development
However, unlike the rest of Clifton, residential complexes remain few and far between in Block 3. In fact, history is the essence of Block 3, for it is here where many of Karachi's historic landmarks remain firmly entrenched.
