High Performance Culture


Any organizations strive to achieve High Performance Culture which is something required at this point of time. Many organization tried to achieve it in their own ways. However, this is not enough, some common factors need to understand to develop "High Performance Culture" in an organization.
Culture is the shared assumptions, principles, Standards, attitude and idea that are acquired over time and desired behaviour. It represented in the norms and unwritten rules that determines the things has to be done around the work place, how decisions should made, how customers should taken care of, and how employees should treated.
