Change is always considered as an inevitable factor that has to be dealt by the organizations at different levels of operations to smoothen its functioning. There comes a specific point of time when an organization has to bring change in its currently operated plans as there is an external pressure from circumstances and stakeholders. These changes if not brought out will bring a negative impact over company's brand image and market value. It has been explained with the help of an example of Siemens that has used concept of Knowledge Management that is directly related to the organizational learning. As there can be no way that companies can escape this factor, thus fate of the company depends on their response towards the change requirements.
