UAE as a nation and thus, the organizations present therein, if faced with multitudinous Human Resource Management (HRM) issue. Out of many issues, I find the following three to be the most important and challenging ones:
1. Proportion of expatriates in the workforce - This refers to the huge number of foreign nationals that form part of the Workforce of the UAE. This problem is very significant in UAE and much fiercer than in any other nation of the world. If affects the employment opportunities available to the citizens who, without a question, have a bigger right to be employed in their own country.
