One of the main tasks in any business industry probably is strategically organizing the people who perform its work. A business could be ran by one individual by doing all the necessary tasks. Obviously, there will be more work as the business starts growing and becomes successful and it demands more people to perform variety types of tasks. This kind of division of duties gives individuals opportunity of becoming a specialist at a specific job they perform. The point of division at work is because there are few people in numbers, mostly in different locations working toward common goals and for the same organization, and they must have plan of how to organize the work. And the plan of the way organizing the work is called organization structure.
