Feasibility by assessing the opportunities

For this report we have analysed Joost, who is a online video provider. We reviewed the background and potential opportunities which this firm has. Joost is a US-based website started by Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstrom with an initial focus to deliver online TV by using peer-to-peer (P2P) distribution technology in 2007. In 24 November 2009, Joost was acquired by Adconion Media Group after its failure to capture the market with competition from other providers like Youtube and Hulu.
The objective of this project is to evaluate the feasibility by assessing the opportunities, for the Venture Capitalists to invest with the available information.
