The authors did an analysis of the Regency Plaza case study and gave their opinions on how the project has been managed. The report is divided in to four sections. In the first the authors related how the decisions made during this phrase and the subsequent actions based on these decisions lead to the problems encountered throughout the project.
The second section analysed the skills required of a project manager of this particular project. The authors listed the main skill sets required of a project and validated why each of the skill sets was required by the project manager Kris Hodgkins.
