Management Essay - Motivating Training

A company’s most valued asset is the people that work there. The task of the human resource management is the strategic and coherent management of this precious asset that the company possesses. The Human Resource Management is responsible for attracting and hiring the best people so that the higher goals of a company could be achieved. The role of Human Resource Management is not just restricted to hiring and firing, rather the whole process of motivating, training and performance analysis lies under the job description of a Human Resource manager.
